“Erik came to our house to meet us and see what we needed done to our pool. He followed up quickly with a detailed bid that was easy to read. He is very friendly and so easy to work with!! He does what he says he’s going to do, when he says he’s going to do it! SW Poolscapes has an office close by, which was huge to us, so we didn’t have to run around town picking out materials without any help. Erik is knowledgeable on the materials and was a great help when picking out the plaster and tile. The entire renovation went very smooth. “These guys are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I moved in to our house in Sugarland and thought we could manage our pool by ourselves…lol. I went to stores all around the area that all told me different things! Some days I was pouring Acid in and others I was pouring tons of other chemicals I had never heard of! “SW Poolscapes resurfaced my in-ground pool this summer. They provided me with sequence and details of the project before hand which helped me understand their role, and mine.

They were professional in handling the actual work, and any questions or concerns I had along the way. I found that their prices were the lowest for quartz plaster between the 3 quotes I received. Along with the price, the reason I chose them was because of customer responsiveness, and the color I preferred for the quartz. The quartz plaster came out beautiful, and I followed their instructions for the 30 day process. I recommend SW Poolscapes for re-plastering a pool, and pool equipment servicing.”

“When a pool company is recommended by people who do not have pools, you know they have got a reputation. Erik came highly recommend by both friends and family, and he did NOT disappoint. From quote to completion Erik and his team were kind, informative, diligent, and expedient. I shopped around for quotes and the quote from SW poolscapes was right in line with the average quote. I had one guy tell me I should never use the cheapest quote cause they are doing something wrong (spoiler alert, that guy was the cheapest!). Erik discussed my options, suggested a gorgeous toe tile (I am absolutely obsessed with it!), and ensured I was happy with my selections before the work began. The crew was quick, they did a great job and did not leave a huge mess in my yard (thanks for that yall!) Once the plaster was set and the pool was filled Erik made his visits to help with the pool chemistry. Boy does he know his stuff! Erik ensured I understood what my new plaster needed, how to test the water, and how to treat the water based in the results. He was very thorough and very informative.
