Thanks again

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had a great experience with Southwest Poolscapes Pool Cleaning, Repair and Remodel. Jessie has come out to my house on several occasions, and every time he’s been professional, reliable, and thorough.

He consistently does an excellent job, pays attention to detail, and makes sure everything is running the way it should before he leaves. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your pool, but Jessie definitely delivers top-quality service every time.

I highly recommend Southwest Poolscapes, and especially Jessie, if you’re looking for dependable and high-quality pool service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bryan and Travis have been outstanding troubleshooting, servicing and caring for our pool over the years. Their communication and responsiveness has always gone over and above. We recently needed them for an emergency repair on very short notice. Bryan did not hesitate to engage and made a repair happen without a clear map and solution. I cannot recall a better service solution and appreciated his partnership every step of the way. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate he and his team and their support. I recommend this company without hesitation. Simply the best!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gotta give some praise to Southwest Poolscapes, yet again. Aside from my awesome regular maintenance from Ryan, whenever an issue pops up they are on it. We recently had some coping repair work done. I noticed a couple of the stones weren't level like before and was worried about many future stubbed toes. I was a little hesitant to mention as I didn't want to seem difficult or too picky, but Bryan reassured me that was my right as a customer, and he sent the mason back out to fix it. It was just on oversight as the mason did great work, and he made it right. Fantastic customer service from Travis, Bryan and Ryan. Thanks guys for keeping us cool all year round!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have a 24-yr old Anthony-Sylvan pool. Over the past two years Southwest Poolscapes has replaced the heater, pool & spa controller w/handheld remote, automatic chlorine feeder, filter system, and a complete replaster job. All the replacements & rework jobs were handled with expert professional care. Bryan and Travis have been a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend SWP for any of your pool service needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough good things about Southwest Poolscapes! I contacted other pool services before SW and they all told me that I couldn't just replace waterline tile...I would have to re-plaster as well. Bryan at SW assured me it could be done. Travis came out with one of his workers, they took measurements, and told me it would be an easy job. They answered all my questions, helped me select a tile to match my coping, and finished the job when they said they would...in 1 day!!! The tile installers were professional and efficient. They left the area as clean as when they arrived. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this company!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been using Southwest Poolscapes for a 10+ years and they have always been fantastic to work with. They go the extra mile, answer every question with ease and if they see something off with the pool or equipment they will send a quick note. The entire team is friendly, fast and efficient in our weekly pool service and 2 years ago we had the pool redesigned, resurfaced and a water feature added. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, they took care of everything and set expectations at the beginning of the project and verified them through out the project.

Jordan G. Houston, TX

Called promptly, followed through with all they said they would do, this all goes along way with me. They installed my new filter and cleaned my pool. Very professional.

Maureen K

We had our pool resurfaced with pebble tech, new tile and led lights. They came when they said they would, finished before they said they would, and when I had a change of mind about a product, they accommodated me immediately, even though it didn’t benefit them at all.

Courtney Ritter

Pool pump stopped working. They had every chance to try and tell me I needed an entire new pump but didn’t. Only sold me what was needed, which was a motor. Made it able to trust them and didn’t even have to be there for the install. Highly recommend and super easy to deal with.

Kimberly Golafshan

Best experience ever when it comes to dealing with a contractor. They answered ALL of my wife’s questions (which was a lot) and concerns. Our pool and patio looks beautiful! If I ever need another pool, I’ll definitely be contacting Southwest Poolscapes!!!
